Refund Policy

Refund window: 14 days

  • First-time monthly subscriptions: refundable within 14 days of the first charge, no questions asked. Just ask through our contact page.
  • Subsequent monthly charges: not refundable. Cancel anytime to avoid the next charge.
  • Annual subscriptions: refundable within 14 days of the first charge, prorated to days used.
  • After 14 days on annual: not refundable but cancellable. Service continues until the end of the paid period; the account does not renew.
  • Enterprise subscriptions: subject to the specific contract; the default is no refund after the first 14 days.

Cancellation does not require a refund

You can cancel at any time without requesting a refund. Your service continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then expires.

How to request a refund

Contact us through our contact page with your account email and the date of the charge. We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Paddle.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, or that we should refund outside the standard policy, reach us through our contact page first. We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve in good faith. If we cannot reach agreement, you may file a chargeback with your card issuer.
