What is a "solution"?
A solution is one FileMaker file (or one multi-file solution). Each tier specifies how many separate solutions you can track in FMLens.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Create an account and explore the full product on our hosted FileMaker Starting Point demo, including the Claude Code MCP integration. When you want to run it on your own files, Solo starts at $19/mo.
What's the difference between Solo and Studio?
Solo is the full single-developer workspace — upload your own files, explore, diff, build releases, generate dev and user packs, and use the Claude Code MCP. Studio adds team seats, client-facing share links, Slack/Teams webhooks, and Migration Analysis.
How does AI billing work?
FMLens is bring-your-own-key. Connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini key, run a local Ollama model, or point it at any custom provider endpoint. You pay your AI provider directly; we never mark up or meter AI usage. Prefer zero data leaving your network? Use Ollama.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time, prorated for the current billing period. Downgrade at the end of the billing period.
Where is my data stored?
Customer data does not leave the EU/SA region. Enterprise customers can request on-premise deployment for full data sovereignty. See our Privacy Policy for details.
